Vendor Terms and Conditions - THE CERTITUDE
These terms govern vendor/business use of THE CERTITUDE WhatsApp Business API Platform.
1. Vendor Registration
Vendors must register with valid business details. THE CERTITUDE reserves the right to verify information.
2. WhatsApp Compliance
Vendors must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy. Message templates must be Meta-approved.
3. Message Usage
Quotas are per subscription plan. Unused messages don't carry over. Delivery depends on WhatsApp infrastructure.
4. API Usage
API access is per plan. Rate limits apply. Credentials must be kept confidential.
5. Data Handling
Obtain proper consent from contacts. Comply with Indian data protection laws. Don't share credentials.
6. Billing
Monthly subscription fees. Additional WhatsApp conversation charges may apply. Auto-generated invoices.
7. Support
Available via email and WhatsApp. Priority support for Professional/Enterprise plans.
8. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, non-payment, spam, or harmful activity.
